UAE Company Setup Cost Calculator (2026)
This calculator estimates a realistic first-year cost range for a UAE company from published 2026 fee guides: license package plus visa processing. Pick a jurisdiction and visa count; the result shows AED with conversions at today's rates. The output is a planning range, not a quote; final fees come from the zone or the DET at application.
What the Ranges Include and Exclude
The ranges include the annual license, the minimum office product the jurisdiction requires (flexi-desk or business-center address), establishment card, and visa processing for the selected count. The ranges exclude activity-specific approvals (health, education, food), real office rent above the minimum, bank-account fees, and the annual audit some zones require. Renewal years cost less than year one at DMCC (about AED 25,000) and about the same as year one at IFZA and Dubai South.
Fee sources are listed per jurisdiction on the free zone comparison, DMCC, Dubai South, and mainland pages. Currency conversion uses the fixed 3.6725 USD/AED peg and the current EUR/USD mid-market rate.
